Southern Shores is low bid for The City of Knoxville - Knox / Blount Greenway Trail - Construction begins in early 2014.

Southern Shores completes landmark bank stabilization project on The University of Tennessee - Cherokee Farm Research Facility.  This project encompassed nearly two miles of shoreline with strict archaeological and regulatory control.
